This Privacy Policy describes how Atlas Earth Studios, L.L.C. ("Atlas Earth Studios," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects the information you provide through BeHisGirlfriend.com (the "Site") in connection with the "Date Ethan" project for our Cashtronaut YouTube channel. By using the Site or submitting an application, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

When you submit an application, we collect the information you provide, which includes:

• Your full name, age, phone number, and email address;
• Your city and state;
• Your Instagram or other social handle, if you choose to provide it;
• Your written response about why you'd like to meet Ethan;
• A photo, if you choose to upload one;
• Your age confirmation and consent selections.

We also automatically collect limited technical and campaign information, such as your IP address, general device and browser information, the page you arrived from, and marketing attribution parameters (for example, UTM tags or a billboard/QR code identifier) that tell us how you found the Site.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To review your application and decide whether to contact you about the "Date Ethan" project;
• To contact you by text message, phone, or email about the project and a possible fully paid date;
• To plan, produce, and promote the resulting video and related content;
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site, including preventing spam and abuse;
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Participation Terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.

3. How We Share Information

We share your information only as needed to run this project:

• Our production team. Authorized members of the Atlas Earth Studios and Cashtronaut team review applications and may contact you.
• Service providers. We use trusted vendors to operate the Site and manage submissions — including Cloudflare (hosting, security, and bot protection) and Slack (internal review of applications). These providers process data on our behalf.
• Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Atlas Earth Studios, our team, applicants, or the public.

If you are selected and choose to participate, some information about you (including your likeness and footage from the date) may become part of a video published on YouTube and other public platforms. Any filming and publication is handled under a separate participation and media release, which we will provide before filming.

4. Bot Protection

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help confirm that applications come from real people and to protect the Site from spam and automated abuse. This may involve processing limited technical signals from your browser.

5. Data Retention

We keep application data only as long as needed for the "Date Ethan" project and for a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping and legal purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Content that becomes part of a published video may be retained as part of that video.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@atlasearthstudios.com. You may also ask us to stop contacting you, and we will honor that request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we will respond to verified requests as required by law.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) transmission and access controls that limit applicant data to authorized team members. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Age Requirement

The Site and this application are intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
