Participation Terms

These Participation Terms ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Atlas Earth Studios, L.L.C. ("Atlas Earth Studios," "we," "us," or "our"), which operates BeHisGirlfriend.com (the "Site") and the Cashtronaut YouTube channel. By submitting an application, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The Project
The "Date Ethan" project is a real-life social experiment created for an upcoming video on our Cashtronaut YouTube channel. Its purpose is to help Ethan, who has never had a girlfriend, meet someone for a fully paid date. This Site is used to introduce Ethan and to collect applications from people interested in meeting him.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to apply or participate.
- The information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and your own.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. No Guarantee of Selection
Submitting an application does not guarantee that you will be contacted, selected, or invited to participate. We choose whom to contact and whom to invite at our sole discretion. We may decline or discontinue any application or participation at any time and for any reason.
4. Screening and Contact
If your application interests us, we may contact you by text message, phone, or email, and we may ask you to take part in a brief phone or video screening. You are not obligated to respond, and you may decline or stop at any time.
5. Filming, Likeness, and Media Release
This is a filmed production. Filming may occur during the application, screening, selection, or date process. If you are selected and choose to participate, you agree that Atlas Earth Studios may record, edit, use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display your name, voice, image, likeness, and statements in the video and in related promotional content, on YouTube and other platforms, worldwide and without expiration. Before any filming, we will provide a separate participation and media release that sets out these terms in full, and your participation is conditioned on signing it.
6. The Date
If you are selected and agree to participate, the date is arranged and paid for by Atlas Earth Studios. Participation is entirely voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time. Except for the paid date and anything else we agree to in writing, you will not receive payment or other compensation for participating.
7. Conduct and Safety
We are committed to a respectful, safe, and positive experience for everyone involved, including Ethan and every applicant. You agree to behave lawfully and respectfully throughout the process. We reserve the right to decline or end anyone's participation, including for conduct or safety concerns, at our discretion.
8. Ownership of Content
All footage, recordings, and materials created in connection with the project are and remain the property of Atlas Earth Studios. Any photo or content you submit remains subject to our Privacy Policy, and by submitting it you confirm you have the right to share it with us.
9. Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing privacy@atlasearthstudios.com.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Site and the project are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Earth Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, your application, or your participation. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
